The latest highlight on the exteriors has been the long awaited installation of the balconies off the 2nd story dining areas. The balconies looked really promising during construction and look just great on the buildings! Each of the balconies was custom welded here in Hood River. We're currently prepping the surrounding areas for landscape installation, which should occur in the next 2 weeks. With 20 trees and 90 shrubs, we should have our green community well underway.
