Overlook Retail/Office Building
We are now in the planning stages with the city as to how we can best utilize this existing structure and add additional space in the future. We expect the initial rehab to create a street front retail space of approximately 800 sq ft along with 4-5 private office suites in the back of the building and upstairs. Each individual office suite will range from approximately 140-200 sq ft.
Potential uses for the street front retail space include:
- Café/Restaurant.
- Retail Store.
- Professional Office.

- Massage Therapist.
